History of the Michigan Reciprocal Alliance (MRA) In 1992, Paul Bunyan Board of REALTORS®, along with four other Michigan REALTOR® associations, entered into a reciprocal agreement to allow access to each other’s MLS online databases as a member service at no additional charge to our members. Since that time, our roster of reciprocating associations has grown! Additionally, we have expanded our original intent of the reciprocation to include optional cooperatives for Education and Professional Standards. The requirements for MRA access by members of an MRA member Board are as follows: · Primary or Secondary membership in one of the MRA member Boards · Participation/Subscription in one of the MRA member Board’s Multiple Listing Service · Membership in good standing with their association and MLS Each association also has its own policy with regard to the method of access (generic log in or unique log in). You may place your listings in another Association’s MLS system for a reasonable fee to allow further exposure of a listing. And, again, each association sets its own fee for entry of a listing from a REALTOR® member of another association, in accordance with its own MLS policies. Our association identifies this service as Guest Listing Service.
