Michigan Reciprocal Alliance (MRA) 2003

In 1992, the Paul Bunyan, West Central, Clare-Gladwin, Central Michigan and Shiawassee Regional Board of REALTORS® entered into a reciprocal agreement to allow access to each other's MLS databases at no additional charge to the members. In 1993, the Northeastern Michigan Board joined the MRA. Since that time, 6 other Boards have joined the MRA. We have expanded our original intent of the reciprocation to include optional cooperatives for Education and Professional Standards.

The requirements for MRA access over the Internet through Paragon by members of an MRA member Board are as follows:

• Primary or Secondary membership in one of the MRA member Boards

• Participation in one of the MRA member Board's Multiple Listing Service

• The member must have no outstanding financial obligations to his/her board

• Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher

You may place your listings in another Board's MLS system at a minimal fee for further exposure. Each Board sets their own policy and fee for entry of an "out of board" REALTOR® member listing.
