REALTOR® Association of Bay County and Saginaw Board of REALTORS® Data Sharing Agreement

The Northeastern Michigan Board of REALTORS® has entered into separate agreements with the Bay and Saginaw Board/Association to cooperate in the dissemination of MLS data between each organization for the benefit of each organization's clients, customers and membership.

The requirements of data sharing between the Northeastern Michigan Board and the Bay Association or the Saginaw Board are as follows:

• Primary or secondary membership in one of the cooperating Boards/Association

• Participation in one of the cooperating Boards/Association's Multiple Listing Service

• The member must have no outstanding financial obligation to his/her board

There are minimal office/agent fees associated with this data sharing agreement. You may also submit listings to the Saginaw Board's MLS for a fee for further exposure.
